Using PianoTera

You may use the service for personal piano learning. You must provide accurate account access, keep your account secure, and follow applicable law. Do not disrupt the service, bypass access controls, scrape it excessively, impersonate others, or upload unlawful or harmful material.

Your content

You keep ownership of content you submit. You grant PianoTera permission to host, process, and display it only as needed to operate features you use. You are responsible for having the rights to anything you post.

Music and reports

Rights in third-party music remain with their respective owners. Rights holders may request correction or removal through our copyright request form.

Accounts and purchases

We may suspend accounts that violate these terms or threaten the service. Plan prices and renewal terms are shown before purchase on the Plan page. Mayar determines the final conversion and processes payment in IDR. Access starts after verified payment. Stopping renewal keeps the paid time; it does not refund a purchase. For payment or refund requests, contact us with your payment reference. Coin purchases, gifts and cosmetic items follow the limits shown in Shop.

Shop items and gifts

Coins are internal consumption credits with no cash value, cash-out or balance transfer. A wallet holds up to 999,000 Coins. New avatar frame purchases last 7 days (from 26 October 2026) and new effect purchases 7 days (from 25 October 2026), from purchase, including gifts; earlier purchases keep the period they were bought with. No automatic renewal. Earlier purchases keep their original terms. Sticker gifts are delivered immediately. New received gifts can be converted within 30 days of the sender’s purchase. Earlier gifts keep their original conversion terms. Receipts remain in gift history; the original sticker cannot be re-gifted. Playful Gifts are room-only profile overlays. Short masks last 6–15 seconds; Royal Crown and Star Halo last 20 and 30 minutes at the displayed prices. Only one long decoration can be active per recipient; short gifts use a separate bounded queue. Durations never stack or extend on retries. The original photo stays unchanged. Recipients may disable receiving to clear current gifts; other viewers refresh long decorations within about 30 seconds while their room tab is visible. A full queue, existing long decoration or disabled receiving prevents a new charge. From 28 October 2026 an eligible received sticker converts once into Diamonds: 50% of its original Coin price (halves round up); stickers received earlier convert at their original 70%. Stickers already used in the earlier frame exchange cannot be converted. Diamonds can be spent on gifts and items like Coins (Coins are used first) or turned into Coins at 1 Diamond = 1 Coin; a declined or expired gift paid partly with Diamonds returns Coins. Diamonds can be withdrawn from 1,000 Diamonds (US$10; 1 Diamond = US$0.01), paid by PianoTera by hand on the next 5th or 20th to the method you give, minus a 5% fee shown before you confirm (1,000 Diamonds pay out US$9.50). Withdrawals need a verified account and an adult recipient (a parent or guardian for members under 18). Coins can never be withdrawn. We may hold a withdrawal while a payment dispute is reviewed. Wallet limits and payment-dispute reviews apply. The three-sticker reward exchange has ended; earlier earned frames and gift history are retained. Appreciation levels recognise delivered sticker spending only and give no currency or service privileges. Unaccepted frame and Plus gifts expire after 14 days; their Coins return to the sender on the next wallet or Shop check. Activate new Plus vouchers within 30 days of purchase; access lasts the stated 7 or 30 days from activation. Earlier vouchers keep their original terms. Cosmetic purchases and gifts do not grant piano score, voice or coaching advantages. Missions grant a frame or effect once per challenge period: a Daily mission reward lasts 1 day and a Weekly one 72 hours from claiming (earlier claims keep their terms). Existing permanent mission rewards remain permanent. No mission requires a purchase. Voice Room Challenges award 5, 10 and 20 internal Coins for three progressively harder levels, each claimable once per account per day. Shared server-scored performances in eligible public rooms count; idle listening, empty hosting and purchases do not. Challenge days reset at the common daily boundary shown in the room. Cosmetic mission rewards cannot be exchanged for currency. Monthly gift leaderboards rank the original Coin value of delivered stickers, including earlier private gifts. New private Chat sticker sending is unavailable. Contact us with the receipt for a purchase problem.

Affiliate program

Adults with verified accounts may join the affiliate program. An eligible first paid Plan purchase using a valid code earns its affiliate 40% of the verified IDR payment and gives the buyer the stated one-time bonus. Renewals, self-referrals, extra student slots, gifts and Coin top-ups are excluded. Apply the code before payment; bonuses cannot be combined. Commission is added to your Diamonds 7 days after the payment (from 29 October 2026) and can then be withdrawn like other Diamonds. Refunds and disputes can hold or reduce commission and remove the related bonus, including offsetting future earnings. Program details and payout conditions are displayed before joining.

Service availability

PianoTera is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Features may change, and uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed. To the extent permitted by law, PianoTera is not liable for indirect or consequential losses.
